As a Head of Sales, you will manage AppFollow sales team with primary goal to successfully sale & scale AppFollow service to customers all over the world.
You can from anywhere you want as we are fully remote team with HQ in Finland, Helsinki.
Your primary duties will be:
- Taking part in setting up & managing sales strategy & initiatives to help AppFollow grow paid customers base and serve to the benefit of existing ones.
- Setting up the sales goals, target KPIs & plans to be executed by the sales team.
- Day-to-day organisation and management of existing & future sales managers located worldwide within the company.
- Training and development activities for all members of the sales team.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Managing new & existing customers, including finding, establishing contacts, presenting the service, closing deals & other sales activities aimed on signing agreements and/or customers up-sell (together with the sales team).
- Participating in conferences, business exhibitions & other types of business events to lure new customers & partners to the company as well as building strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
- Other tasks that fall into sales management & sales activities according to the agreed sales strategy.
- Co-operation with marketing & dev teams in order to gain better results in sales, including setting up priorities & requesting new features. This as well includes reviewing customers cases, collecting their feedback and providing inputs on how and why AppFollow service can be improved to meet customers’ needs and requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience successfully managing international sales teams ideally from a SaaS or PaaS companies.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
- Fluent English is a must.
