Exness, a leading foreign exchange broker in the financial services field, is looking for Head of Internal Communications who will join our team in Limassol, Cyprus and work closely with COO and the management team to lead and manage the official communication flows.
Job responsibilities:
Lead and manage internal communications agenda within the company globally (3 internationals offices) in a structured, systematic, effective way;
Utilize multi-media approaches to engage employees and teams across the company with information regarding company strategy and objectives, results and successes, corporate culture and values;
Develop new ideas for employee communication that encourage two-way communication and maintain existing tools such as round tables, town halls, feedback sessions and others;
Implement regular communications flows including but not limited to messages from CEO/COO, news communications, updates, progress reviews and etc;
Manage long-term plan to ensure employee satisfaction with the communication flows in the company, set up and drive feedback mechanism to measure results.
Job requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head of Internal Communications (not specialist) in IT/digital/hitech companies with global exposure with minimum 500+ employees;
Knowledge of software development process and communication tools, familiar with recent trends in managing the communication in the IT world;
Experienced with Agile methodologies, people focused, orientation on innovations;
Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to solve complex issues easily and deliver high quality results maintaining trustful relationships between people;
Essential communication skills, able to work with senior stakeholders, perfect stakeholder management skills, ability to work in a dynamic culture;
Good at planning, prioritizing and surviving in unstructured environment;
Brilliant English, excellent Russian — both verbal and written.
