Senior Account Manager (CX Cloud & Network Services Caspian and Central Asia).
The team you'll be part of:The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

General Purpose as a Senior Account Manager for CX Cloud & Network Services Caspian and Central Asia:Senior Sales Professional with technical and business understanding of telecoms and IT solutions, responsible for generating business by selling Nokia’s solutions to the key customers in the Caspian and Central Asia markets.
As part of our team, you will:
- Lead and coordinates sales and marketing activities in the relevant business areas
- Understand market dynamics, customers’ strategic direction and associated business plans
- Translate customer’s commercial, operational & technology challenges into sales opportunities
- Develop a vision and technology strategy that includes solutions and products to match bespoke customer needs
- Define and implement Nokia’s account strategy in the assigned business domains
- Build & manage trust-based, long-term relationships with Senior customers’ Technical, Delivery and Commercial departments
- Own the account pipeline/funnel and opportunity data in CRM tools
- Lead and coordinate complex bids from opportunity identification through to contract negotiations and closure
- Actively drive and promote dialogue and Team-work with both Nokia Global Team and Business Groups to develop Sales Strategy plan, review opportunities and funnel and problem solve on new opportunities within and outside existing portfolio
- Coordinate proactively pre-sales resources across BGs to drive value creation through bespoke innovative solutions
- Work closely with the Delivery and Operation Teams to align on potential issues or opportunities arising in the relevant project domains
Your skills and experience:
- Integrity and trustworthy with exceptional work and personal ethic
- Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, business or a related field
- Excellent English and Russian verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 7 years account management, products, solutions and services sales experience in the telecommunication & IT industry
- Excellent knowledge of Core Networks and a good level of understanding in Mobile and Fixed Networks
- Proven sales experience in a telco company selling to the Communications/IT industry is highly preferred
- Experience of managing partners for large scale projects is preferred
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets within assigned territories
- Efficient with CRM tools (CRM / Salesforces.com for pipeline / funnel management) and MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
