1. Head of P&O
The Head of P&O Russia is responsible for the implementation of the divisional P&O Strategy in the country. This role will manage all the people and organization related activities and projects for Sandoz Russia, partnering with local SEC leaders in planning and deploying appropriate P&O activities and interventions to support business strategy and improve business performance.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure that the organization receives a professional and effective P&O service in line with new P&O Operating model
- Offer strategic solutions to business problems / challenges and help senior management teams make informed decisions from P&O perspective
- Develop P&O agenda aligned with the global P&O Strategy
- Support and collaborate with the leaders and people managers on organizational changes and transformation for the future
- Act as a trusted advisor and a coach for senior leaders and support local SEC team effectiveness agenda
- Build talent practices in Russia, support leaders in building talent management culture and in a talent pipeline for business critical roles to match the changing business and internal landscape
- Enable cultural changes and foster diversity and inclusion
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree in social sciences or business discipline. P&O professional specialization is an advantage
- Extensive (10+ years) experience in P&O roles, including significant P&O leadership experience in complex organizations
- Track record of successfully managing major change, cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Extensive experience in proactively understanding business challenges and partnering with Senior Leaders
- Significant coaching, organizational development experience
- English fluency

2. Strategy and Market Access Head
This role is responsible for the implementation of effective strategic and tactical patient access plans at a regional scale.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify the strategy for the company with particular reference to commercial models and future portfolio
- Ensure that all the operation in sourcing, pricing, registering and eventually localize Sandoz product is accomplished, coordinating the big cross functional team acting on the portfolio management
- Conduct and coordinate strategic projects ensuring the perfect alignment of functions involved
- Lead cross-functional value and access team to gather evidence which support payer value proposition and pricing strategy
- Represent patient access in all major cross-functional teams at the program/brand level including Global Programme Teams, Global Brand Team and Global Medical Affairs Teams
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
- University degree (preferably in economics / finance / business management)
- Fluent Russian and English (spoken & written)
- Extensive (5+ years) experience in Management / Strategic Consulting field
- Sufficient knowledge of business processes and commercial principles of pharmaceutical company. Deep understanding of payer/HTA across countries/regions
- Significant Project Management experience

3. DRA Group Head LCM

Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
- Managing a team of regulatory specialist
- Directs the development of submission of product registration, progress reports, supplements, amendments, and/or periodic experience reports
- Provides strategic product direction to teams on interaction and negotiates evidence with regulatory agencies
- Serves as a regulatory liaison on the project team throughout the product lifecycle
- Ensures rapid and timely approval on of new drugs, biologics/biotechnology and continued approved status of marketed drugs or medical devices
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
- Experience working in a cross-functional matrix structure
- Strong project management skills
- Minimum 5 years in regulatory affairs (as sr specialist or regulatory management)
- English - upper-intermediate
