Organization and control of the work process in the Office;
Agreeing contracts with new partners, setting up accounting schemes in 1C;
Preparation of technical specifications and organization of subsequent testing to optimize the work of existing business processes;
Development of internal controls for completeness of calculations and correctness of balances with partners;
Carrying out settlements with the Ministry of Railways, partners, payment aggregators for transactions carried out by clients;
Drawing up and reconciliation of monthly Acts of Settlement;
Investigation of outstanding payment   What you’ll need experience in and what we’ll be looking for: Knowledge of the rules and requirements of VISA & MasterCard in terms of Clearing & Settlement, VSS reports, Settlement Advisements reports;
Experience of interaction with external partners (with foreign — as an advantage);
Database skills, knowledge of basic SQL queries;
Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level;

Ability to build strong business relationships. Sound judgment and strong business acumen. High emotional intelligence;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Russian and in English (Advanced level);
