ONCE HERE YOU WILL:
Help Wheely build stronger team;
Develop a crisp understanding of the attributes that make a team member successful. Take an active part in interviewing candidates, with specific focus on interviewing for values. Coach hiring managers and recruitment team to ensure our recruitment process helps bringing best talent on board;
Help managers develop hiring plans, define critical roles, and assist recruiting team in crafting compelling job descriptions and search strategies;
Be aligned with the market to be on top of trends and provide insights and advise to the business;
Help employees progress;
Partner with managers to build career paths for their teams;
Administrate Lattice — employee-centric performance management platform;
Ensure all employees knows their levelles and how to progress within their roles;
Perform regular reporting, coach managers to run effective career conversations;
Help managers to be better managers;
Develop strategies to help our managers identify, grow and retain top talent within their teams;
Run regular engagement reporting (OfficeVibe). Conduct meetings with managers and create action plans for improvement;
Coach managers on how to run effective 1-1s, performance reviews and how to provide feedback;
Provide salary benchmarks analysis;
Drive internal communications, recognition schemes and events.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
5+ years HR Generalist experience working in the Tech Industry either from a start-up or scaling tech business;
Experience in Tech recruiting;
Experience creating, building and implementing employee programs, processes and procedures in a startup environment;
Ability to build strong business relationships. Sound judgment and strong business acumen. High emotional intelligence;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Russian and in English (Advanced level);
Experience in using and administrating HR platforms (we use BambooHR, Greenhouse, OfficeVibe, Lattice);
Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions;
High energy with a can-do mentality.
