Responsibilities:
Litigation: participation as a plaintiff/defendant in various courts, drafting statements of claim, attending court proceedings, filing appeals, objections and claims, enforcement proceedings, including labor litigation, handle court settlements, provide litigation reports;
Claims/disputes: provide legal support with settlement of various claims and disputes including labor litigation;
Labor termination checking: checking all labor termination and disciplinary paperwork for all Contractors for Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Moscow offices, before termination of the Contractors;
Labor advice: Review employment contracts, termination papers, provide labor advice;
Daily legal support: work closely with Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Moscow offices, provide legal support/advice on various issues;
Ad-hoc legal advice: providing legal advice on various legal and labor issues to HR, Finance and other departments of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Moscow offices;
Ad-hoc legal/admin/corporate work: be actively involved and draft various documents, POAs, applications, letters, notices, maintaining, archiving and keeping safe legal folders (at corporate online sites/paper copies), loading documents on Sharepoint, completing online forms, handle legal correspondence (dispatch/receipt/distribution of legal correspondence) internally and externally, keeping registration documents up to date, opening and closing separate divisions, branches, entities;
Licenses/permits: reparation and submission of documents for obtaining the necessary permits, licenses, accreditations, preparation and submission of regular reports to the licensing authorities;
Supplier’s contracts: review various contracts, agreements, addendums of suppliers;
Inspections: provide legal support during inspections, including appeals;
Law changes: Keep abreast with key changes in laws, rules and regulations related to company’s business activities, provide monthly reports on law changes;
Any other legal tasks, as required.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Lawyer in HR outsourcing industry.
Proven record of successful labour court cases

Essential Criteria
Degree in Law
Strong knowledge of RF legislation (labour, tax, civil, court proceedings)
