Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is looking for a Head of Credit Analysis and Monitoring Unit.   Job duties: Maintaining an appropriate credit risk management framework, development of credit risk policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the relevant stakeholders (CBR, Head Office and senior management).
Contribute to various risk related projects and initiatives (stress-testing, IFRS9, etc.).
Manage all credit risk aspects of the corporate borrowers in order to ensure that the business is in line with the agreed risk appetite.
Regular CBR and IFRS debt classification and portfolio quality monitoring.
Credit review and risk assessment of the new transactions / clients / limits, including pre-review of the potential new clients.
Ensure timely and professional credit memo preparation and presenting the results and deal structure to Credit Committee.
Internal rating calculation and review including update on the external rating changes.
Drive improvements in individual and team performance and contribution.   Requirements:
Higher education.
Professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, FRM, etc.) preferable.
Fluent English.
Chinese is an advantage.
Work experience in credit risk not less than 5 years.
Management experience not less than 1 year.
