Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop RGM operating model Сluster and ensure organizational alignment and buy-in
Define initiatives across all RGM streams, namely Pricing, Promotions, Trade terms / spend, Assortment and Supply chain activities on a recurring basis and agrees them with market leadership team
Prepares the implementation of all RGM initiatives and align between functions involved in RGM (especially Marketing, Sales, Advanced Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, CBI and others) to implement recommendations
Provides tracking of the RGM initiatives, incl. definition of key RGM KPI to be tracked, and reports progress to leadership and offer coaching to respective people within the organization in charge of implementing the RGM initiatives
To collaborate with other regional representatives to share & align approaches and exchange the best practices.
Owns and oversees refreshes of RGM Tools for each lever on a regular basis
Defines update frequency for each tool
Provides training / coaching on relevant tools & methodology to respective stakeholders within the organization
Interacts with 3rd party data and research vendors to obtain relevant data
Provide ad-hoc support on RGM-related matters to other functions to help them meet and exceed their budgeted revenue targets and continually improve margins
Use Project Management skills to deliver significant change to the business
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related analytical field
At least 2-3 years of prior revenue management experience required
5+ years of business experience in analytical role within FMCG
Previous role in sales / commercial finance highly preferred
Unquestioned ethics, integrity, and Credo-based leadership as shown by a track record of establishing and championing a culture of strong compliance
Knowledge of the local market / trade environment required
Ability to work collaboratively across different functions in the organization
Proven success developing Pricing, Promotion, Assortment and Trade optimization within a FMCG environment
Strong financial analysis skills a must
Highly proficient using (financial) analysis tools such as PowerBI / Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, SAP, proficiency in PowerPoint
Knowledge of IQVIA, Nielsen systems a plus
Results-oriented leader with proven track record for delivering sustainable results
Good interpersonal skills, especially influencing skills
Strong change management capabilities are a plus
Fluent in local language & business English
