Minimum qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading technical engagements with clients (e.g., sales, consulting, project management, implementation, technical sales).
- Experience in people management, leading teams in markets through change management.
- Ability to speak Russian and English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in online advertising and/or with Google Advertising Products, such as Google Ads, Dynamic Re-marketing, Shopping, Google Marketing Platforms, and Mobile.
- Experience leading an operational business with a focus on results and data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a complex global matrixed organization and manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, influence, motivate and inspire others clearly, confidently, and authentically.
- Ability to speak in industry’s language and understand the business and technical constraints.
- Ability to translate complex product and technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.

As Head of gTech Professional Services, you will be leading a group of technical consultants and specialists serving our largest advertisers and publishers in the market. Your team will partner with Sales and Go-To-Market leads to translate business goals into technical needs, develop plans for offering advanced tech solutions, and drive the end-to-end tech agenda in the market. You will collaborate with Sales leadership to develop strategies to promote product usage and tech maturity with our top clients in the market and identify growth opportunities for your book of business. In addition, you will be responsible for guiding and tracking the performance of your team, increasing the overall efficiency and continuously improve the service quality. You will sit on the Management Group of Google Russia to influence key strategic decisions to help customers achieve their business objectives through tech advancement as well as serve as the ‘one-gTech’ POC for all proactive and reactive gTech efforts in the market.

Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with sales leadership in the market, co-own a book of business, and identify opportunities of business growth with technical services and solutions.
- Serve as the one-gTech POC, understanding and advocating for initiatives across gTech to the sales leadership and other relevant stakeholders in Russia.
- Drive business results in Russia by translating Sales goals into technical needs, developing actionable and scalable solutions, identifying process improvement opportunities, and delivering flawlessly on strategic initiatives.
- Produce actionable, results-oriented strategies to solve complex, ambiguous, open-ended business problems. Track and optimize for key operational metrics.
- Manage, inspire and grow a set of cross-functional gTech teams and help develop talent within Russia and beyond.
