Twitter’s Site Integrity team is looking for a Russian-speaking Site Integrity Analyst.
What You’ll Do
As a Site Integrity Analyst, you will be responsible for efficiently handling a high volume of requests, applying policies, providing policy explanations, and ensuring our partners are up to speed on the work we’re doing. We seek a candidate who can organize data and work under time pressure to provide insights, propose solutions, and help implement them. There will be growth opportunities into areas including investigations, proactive mitigation, and policy development.
Drive operational tasks, such as handling high volume intake queues.
Handle incoming queries about Site Integrity policy areas with clear, effective, and complete responses.
Research, evaluate, propose, and execute on improvements for Site Integrity processes, workflows, and policies.
Support investigation and response efforts across a wide range of critical issues, including platform manipulation, election interference, spam, and API abuse.

Requirements
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
Experience handling high-profile issues
Experience at a tech company, or familiarity with tech policy issues
Note: Schedule could include weekend coverage
Qualifications
Experience with pattern detection, analysis, and investigations
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience using third-party ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Service Cloud, Jira, etc.)
Fluency in any of the following: Arabic, Farsi, Russian, Turkish.
