Ideal candidate:

Extensive experience and a thorough understanding of HR in a Shared Services context. 15 years plus of overall experience essential

Responsible for the training requirement of almost 6K +Sales NFTEs and drive new hire productivity of almost 1500+ NFTEs month on month through training interventions both on & off the field
Ensure productivity of sales NFTE new joiners (M1-M3 Vintage) as per standards set by organization for the entire zone through a team of FTE’s Area Training Managers and NFTE Trainers
Manages a team of 5-10 Area Training Managers (ATMs) and 70+ Trainers

Drive minimum 2 Training impacted Business Initiatives in the FY, preferably green belt, or Lean projects with internal Quality Team to improve the overall business performances
Initiatives needs to be defined, agreed with NTM & Training Lead same should be in consultation with sales stake holders
Ensure the quality of NHO & Post NHO Refresher trainings through monitoring checks/ field visits to ensure the efficiency of trainings as per laid down SOP
Connect with ZSM/RSM through extensive travel and have stakeholder connect through proper communication on training & business deliverables, share training updates / business initiatives and minute the meetings
Publish monthly sales training dashboards in the format prescribed by the HO
Ensure Quality of Training coverage & learning impact in non-Sales Function, train the trainers on facilitation skills
Drive New hire productivity matrix of Customer Service Agents through assigned vendors
Supervise and ensure that all trainers in the span conduct NHO efficiently without errors by following the facilitator guide
Ensure all mandatory & refresher trainings are well planned, executed with maximum attendance
Trainer’s Certification to be completed within 30 days of joining - 3 days by ATM followed by 2 days of certification by ZTM/RTM (either face to face or virtually)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:
Manage ekaterra transition related activities for MDM, MR and SCF operations by making sure internal ekaterra GBS team and 3rd party service provider (3PSP) team is ready to run operations from the day of go-live Identify and communicate ekaterra identified Transition risks to Third Party Service Provider (3PSP)
Review the consolidated Transition risk logs with 3PSP counterpart and assist with mitigation, escalation when appropriate and closure of the risks
Follow up with ekaterra risk owners so that action is taken Coordinate and track global external engagement & communication activities as required for GBS Working with GBS Tower Leads from ekaterra and from 3PSP leads to make sure team members (both internal & from 3PSPs) have been adequately trained for running end state financial operations
Working with GBS Tower Leads and 3PSP leads to make sure all desktop procedures (SOPs) have been completed on time and accurately Working with GBS Tower Leads and 3PSP leads to make sure planned
User Acceptance Testing and cutover activities have been timely and accurately completed Working with GBS Tower Leads and 3PSP leads to make sure MDM, MR and SCF operations achieve stable status during hyper-care Participating in regular cadence set up by GBS transition lead and providing regular updates on status of Planned vs Actual deliverables As the project situation demands, performing hands on activities of creating & reviewing SOPs, executing & reviewing User Acceptance Testing, performing cutover validations, performing operations after go-live

Skills/Experience:

The role holder should have strong project management and MDM, MR and SCF operations experience. They should have and should be able to demonstrate
