Loyalty lead Magnit Plus.
Job Summary:
Loyalty head will lead strategy and realization of loyalty program in Magnit, incl. bonus loyalty, subscription, gamification, partnership, emotional loyalty programs (instant wins) and rational (collectable promo). Company expects you to drive extra GMV from those products, upgrade them in line with next gen customers’ expectations and fit to x-format and multichannel Magnit business model. You’ll be business leader of this stream, managing P&L and team 30+ people (25+ direct reports & 5+ Data analytics dotted line reporting).
Mission:
To upgrade & scale Magnit Plus (M+) loyalty program, improve both relevance & effectiveness to acquire customers, retain within Magnit and super-charge via current & future M+ tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing & Executing Loyalty strategy & plan by stream and by store format/channel
- Lead all loyalty streams, deliver target GMV by stream
- Building and Leading a Top-Tier Loyalty Team
- Loyalty Budget and Resource Management
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in loyalty, with a successful track record in building & scaling loyalty programs, experience with retail specific loyalty components
- Exceptional strategic, business development and analytical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability in enhancing Customer Value Propositions and effectively managing budgets
- Strong capability in building and leading high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of analytics, market dynamics, and customer insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, stakeholders management
