SUMMARY
The Executive Director (ED) has the overall responsibility for the complete operation of the Russian River Valley Winegrowers (RRVW). The RRVW focuses on marketing grapes and wines from the Russian River Valley wine region and on providing programs and services to its members. This involves program planning and implementation, working under direction from the Board of Directors acting in accordance with the policies, procedures and bylaws of the RRVW. The ED is responsible to the Board for the full range of activities: leading the development of marketing and member services programs; managing income and expenditures; maintaining membership and supervising volunteers and staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following: LEADERSHIP

Provide the Board with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditure of the organization

Determine staffing requirements for organizational management and program delivery

Assures the organization’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assures adequate records of all transactions and correspondence are maintained for review by auditors, the Board, or other officials or agencies

ABOUT YOU
You have university degree (preferably related to production management, quality, business or supply chain)
You are experienced within production management role (for at least 5 years) and practically skilled in the following areas
Operational (security & safety) and facility maintenance
Customs and logistics processes (import-export operations)
Liaison with governmental institutions
You are knowledgeable within Latvian legislation (labor law, commercial law, customs law) & international business law (would be considered as advantage)
You have experience in facility’s construction process supervision (would be considered as advantage)
You speak fluently Latvian and Russian languages. English is desirable. WHAT IN IS THERE FOR YOU

Main Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assessment work by ensuring and evaluating the quality delivery of the content reviewed in European markets.
Conduct root cause data analysis and summary.
Provide QA reports to content quality centre team members, and act as liaison with them to ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the operation.
Work closely with Local Operations and Safety teams, and act as escalation point of contact for policy related questions, issues and solutions.
Conduct coaching and calibration sessions to the Content Moderation teams across Europe to ensure that operational policies and processes are being applied consistently.
Enhance moderation policy and community safety continuously. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however not essential.
More than ten-month experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
Deep understanding of European online safety, privacy, and expression issues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proven track record of working with co-workers across different countries is preferable but not required.
