Аn Indian multinational pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy’s is currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Lead for the HR team.
The role will involve:
Develop talent acquisition strategies & plans. Develop, implement & monitor talent strategies to attract qualified & experienced candidates.
Talent Gap Identification and Fulfilment.
Collaborate with business leaders, determine resourcing and talent requirements aligned to the organizational strategy and plan.
Lead the design of resourcing and talent renewal plans to meet gaps and fulfilling-term requirements, test with organization leaders.
Lead the analysis of current resource and talent Proficiency Levels, including current and future demand, demographics, attrition, capability by discipline, geography, critical and scarce resource.
Delivery of talent acquisition plans. Deliver plans for pivotal roles through timely closure & track progress by identifying the gaps.
Process Management. Be accountable for implementing the annual calendar for resourcing;
Strategic Planning. Maintain awareness of global resource and talent shifts, scarcity, and feeding insights into strategic planning.
Stakeholder Management. Influence senior leadership to ensure they understand, sponsor and are fully engaged with resourcing and identification activities and processes.
Assessment & Selection process. Implement & monitor assessment design to ensure the equality & legal framework meet organizational requirements.
Process Design. Lead the identification and implementation of selection and assessment. Processes, to deliver strategic requirements and fit with organizational requirements.
Lead and monitor assessment design to ensure assessments meet equality and legal requirements and good practice standards.
To be considered, you should possess:
Must have Experiences, Exposure and Educational background
Post Graduate with 5-8 years of HR experience, primarily in Talent Acquisition & People Management
Knowledge of Organizational needs for resourcing, organizational models to support resourcing, for example permanent, contractors, outsource, and the evolving global situation within the market for skills
Ability to identify and implement the selection and assessment processes to deliver strategic requirements and fit with organizational requirements
Ability to develop a recruitment strategy for several talent groups, from multiple sources and over an extended time frame
Ability to select from variety of assessment and recruitment approaches based on their relative contributions to selection process and fit with organizational demands and culture
Upper intermediate and above English level is mandatory to maintain regular communication with global and local management
Knowledge of social media advertising will be a plus.
