Objectives for a trial period of 3 months:
Form the optimal architecture of the creative department: identify the roles and functionality of designers, distribute responsibilities and areas of responsibility, taking into account the current tasks and structure of the agency
Organize an effective process of interaction both within the creative department and with related departments (in particular, media buying)
Form a transparent motivational system for junior colleagues, contributing to the growth of designers’ expertise and cost-efficiency of the entire department
Implement technological solutions and methodologies that help optimize labor costs and increase employee productivity
Develop a short-term and medium-term strategy for the development of the creative department, taking into account the prospects and prerequisites for the development of the agency
Goals for the first year:
Adaptation of the current team and independent recruitment of new employees, expansion of the department as part of the planned growth strategy
Building a systematic approach to working with outsourcing/contractors
Development and implementation of data-driven approaches to working with creatives, formation of a methodology / end-to-end analytics to assess the actual effectiveness of creative materials, their impact on the overall effectiveness of an advertising campaign
Adaptation of the processes of selling creative materials, introduction of standards
Organization of preparation processes when participating in tenders for the development of a creative strategy block
Hard Skills (experience requirements):
Experience in an advertising agency / creative studio 3-6 years
Experience in managing a team of designers from 5 people, training and supervision
Experience working closely with advertising placement specialists (performance specialists, media buyers)
Practical skill of using professional software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Cinema 4D, MS PowerPoint (an additional advantage will be knowledge of software for prototyping sites: Readymag, Tilda, Figma, etc.)
Knowledge of the main metrics for measuring the effectiveness of digital advertising: CTR, CR, LVT, ROI, etc.
Correct oral and written language
Knowledge of English at least intermediate (will be an advantage)
