HRBP is an important role which requires our candidate to work closely with the team to explore new market, establish new organization and consolidate a strong team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand Didi’s business strategy and objection, promote the effective implementation of the human resources in the business department, and participate in the establishment of the human resources system at the group level
- Establish a clear talent value according to the team situation, design and formulate the talent program, and responsible for the follow-up work
- Establish effective channels to ensure a well-informed organization through the interaction with team members, help to develop a clear corporate culture, facilitate the integration of international members, and promote the high-seed development of corporate culture and international business
- Design the organizational structure according to different models of the business in different stages, provide the necessary management theories, methods and tools, provide comprehensive solutions for the team, and complete the company's human resources solutions
The Successful applicant:
- Bachelor degree or above, at least 4+ years of human resources experience, within HRBP function
- Familiar with and participate in the design of human resource framework in multinational companies and knowing how to realize the localization of human resource system
- Experience with sales or supply chain is preferred
- LATAM experience is a plus
- Fluent in English is a must
