Tasks
Define a minimal and common standard to preventive civil maintenance and civil Inspections across Europe Zone, providing standard PM with technical SWI / Procedure to Routine Inspection of : Underground Pipes, Roofs, Structural parts.
Arrange of performing a consistent roof inspection and working to solving the abnormalities identified (tracing and monitoring the execution of Roof Inspections) in Europe
Arrange of performing a consistent Underground inspection and working to solving the abnormalities identified (tracing and monitoring the execution of Underground Pipes Inspections) in Europe
Arrange of performing a consistent roof inspection and working to solving the abnormalities identified (tracing and monitoring the execution of Structural Parts Inspections) in Europe
Mapping site by site the anomalies and obsolescence civil to prioritize investments and / or define technical solutions (Civil issues and obsolescence (structural unconformities, risks, … )
Manage the prioritization according risk mapped and validate scope to optimize investment. Tracking, monitoring and provide technical support to execution with high quality (Viability Capex — UPP — Civil scope | Fabric)
Ensure all new projects will delivery tools and system without restrictions in terms of access to data of programming, and upskilling local team to execute automation routines in proper way. Make sure that all installations are according GTS.
Implement technical solutions to maximize life span and reduce civil maintenance.
Containment basin (bund/dyke/reservoir) to chemical or productive areas: Common solutions require to rebuild (UPP or ZBB) each 2-3 years according utilization. The only type / model with high lifespan is with stainless steel finishing.
Finishing to walls that never will need future painting.
Solutions to waterproofing to avoid maintenance .
Adoption of Technologic solutions in order to maximize the analysis and execution of inspections, such as : Robots to underground pipes inspections , Drones to Roofs inspections ( unsafety or inaccessible places), Ultrasound to detect underground leaks, etc.
In partnership with site and procurement teams, define guidance for improve quality of execution in civil services, identify synergy (consolidation) to optimize cost, Add / negotiate warranty term for the services and free inspections where possible.
Stabiles a proactive and standard communications with civil owners to share information, technical material, Training material, analysis of execution (PIs), technical solutions, good practices to implement/rollout, follow up of learning shared.
Requirements
Technical University degree or equivalent
Special Architectural Construction Education
Experienced
Minimum 5 years Brewery Operations and / or technical experience, at least 2 years at middle or senior coordination level, with time spent in key areas of Maintenance.
Managerial skills to handle and motivate diversified team
Experience in different cultural situations (emerging, developed markets) is an advantage, or capability demonstrated.
