Аn international consulting company with solid and successful reputation in the Russian market is looking for a Head of legal.
The role will involve:
• Senior client engagement, consulting assignments to C-level executives
• Project management of several consulting projects
• People management in technical and engagement skills
• Due diligence
• Providing legal opinions and advisory reports on various matters of company law and corporate business, drawing up articles and reviews in the said field and related areas of expertise
Requirements:
• Higher professional education (a degree from a leading Russian state higher education institution would be a plus)
• Extensive practical and theoretical knowledge in corporate and commercial law
• 4+ years of advisory experience in the indicated legal areas (experience in a consulting firm would be an advantage)
• Experience with securities filings and drafting of corporate documents (shareholder agreements, letters of understanding, voluntary and compulsory offerings, company resolutions, constituent and other instruments of incorporation) is desirable but not required
• Strong people management skills
• Solid experience in project management
• Accuracy, meeting deadlines
• Analytical and organizational skills, attention to details
• Excellent communication skills – fluent Russian and English and the ability to formulate, present and write concise, clear summaries on tax and accounting matters.
