An online game developer Wargaming is looking for a Regional Partnerships Lead to join the World of Tanks team.
What will you do?
Be a product ambassador who understands and shares product goals and requirements as they apply to partnerships
Plan, develop, and oversee the Partnerships business strategy for the product in the region
Motivate and manage the Regional Partnerships Team, track performance, and report metrics
Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
Identify and create business opportunities for product growth across all deliverables: revenue, in-game collaborations, sponsorships, co-promotion, audience acquisition and winback, community, brand awareness, and technical and technology partnerships
Own and execute regional partnership projects from concept to development, manage and collaborate with external partners, as well as internal resources, to ensure delivery of their components on time, including negotiations, contract signing, and post-launch results analysis
Constant work in alignment with Legal, Marketing, Monetization, Development, Analytics, Content, & other Teams
Build senior-level relationships with partners (existing and prospective) on behalf of the product
Monitor and evaluate industry trends, insights on partnership and business opportunities in the region, select deals in line with product strategy to create new opportunities for World of Tanks product growth
Build strong relationships across regional and global teams to ensure the achievement of business objectives, operational processes, structure, and best practices across the company
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
What are we looking for?
Excellent verbal & written both English and Russian
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5+ years of work experience in business development or sales with a proven track record of successfully executed deals/campaigns with external partners
2+ years of work experience in leading business development or sales teams
Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, KPIs, and budgeting
Proven ability to plan and manage resources
Ability to deliver presentations
Experience in building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent PC, MS Office, and CRM software skills
An active online player who’s interested in the online games market.
