Lenovo is currently looking for a Work Stations Business Development Manager.
Description:
- Accountable for the development of the workstation business in the country/region
Ideally Workstation business development expertise in both Mobile and Desktop and in collaboration with major ISV such as Autodesk, Adobe, PTC, Solidworks, Dassault, Siemens
Key Areas of responsibility:
- Identify (Hunt) and/or Grow (Develop) opportunities in the market to sustainably improve Lenovo’s workstation business
- As a trusted partner, build programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets across the different market segments
- Collaborates with sellers and sales leaders to optimize routes to markets for Workstations (Direct/Indirect, OEMs, Global Accounts…)
- Support the channel sales teams, to execute our channel expansion program
- Engage partners and improve use of Lenovo tools and processes (e.g. bid portal, CTO tool, …)
- Engage ISVs to enable sales through certification, trade marketing programs, support on large deals
- Interact with the Workstation EMEA and local team to get insights on our competitive position
- Organization: reporting to 4P Director, Russia and EECA
Qualities/Skills:
- At least 5+ years’ experience in business development role in the IT industry
- Proven track record in IT sales – ideally focused on workstations or selling of Added Value Solution in the Hardware environment
- Collaborative, and commitment to achieving goals
- Track of record in building and executing business development plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills
