Philip Morris International is looking for a Work Process Improvement Pillar Deployment Lead.
Your "day to day":
- Coach and drive the WPI Pillar methodology across the site
- Guide teams to integrate standardized process into daily work
- Scout and drive work process related to productivity initiatives to improve production cost through eliminating losses
- Lead WPI projects and initiatives across site
- Improve sense of ownership and engagement of production employees by using standard WPI tools (e.g. RCO, Process Mapping, VSM) and through coaching and influence
- Collaborate, support, and contribute to Global WPI Pillar Activities
- Adjust interlocks between WPI and other Pillars (EHS/SN/AM/etc.)
Who the company is looking for:
- Education: ideally Engineering (Industrial, logistics, mechanical, electrical, etc.), Bachelor or Master degree
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in TPM, IWS, WCM (or similar system); experience in Loss Elimination, Focused Improvement, Work Process Improvement and Supply Network Pillars
- Experience in implementing elements of integrated operating system within WPI pillar – Rapid Change Over/SMED, Time Observation, 5S, Visual management, Process Mapping, Value Stream Maping, Loss Analysis, 7 industrial engineering tools
- Languages: English – fluent or upper-intermediate, Russian - fluent
- Key competencies: high change agility and impact, strategic thinking, helicopter view, leadership skills, public speaking, communication and collaboration skills.
