CHANEL is looking for W&FJ Training Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of WFJ trainings calendar for 3 populations:
- WFJ SAs: new comers integration, trainings about brand history, products, novelties, preparation of team to new HJ launches
- FAs(in Fashion boutiques): coordination of watch-ambassadors work, increasing of WFJ products knowledge level (regular training about collections presented in boutique, providing of novelties information, etc)
- Wholesale: maintaining of interest to the brand by providing brand culture and history and novelties training, participation in organization of annual seminar
- Coordination and moderation of learning application Inside WFJ: connecting new users and teaching them how to use app; translation of modules, downloading them, monitoring of application work, contact with had office; analysis and control of KPIs
- Participation in organization and conducting client events aimed at increasing sales
- Coaching of team based on Mystery Shopper results
- Analysis of training efficiency, annual attestation organization
Requirements:
- Experience in the training sphere - more than 2 years
- Experience in luxury and WFJ retail is plus
- Experience in using of digital learning tools
- English level: upper intermediate
- Advanced PC user (ppt, excel)
- Understanding the luxury service specificity
- Perfect presentation skills
