Requirements
Experience working with SaaS systems, micro services architecture & large scale environments.
3 years experience as a group manager (experience in managing team leads is MUST)
4 years of experience in Backend development of complex systems.
Experience in Startup — Entrepreneurial spirit
BSc in computer-science/engineering
Strong Leadership skills – ability to inspire, motivate, train and manage the team to meet high goals.
Solid experience leading a team in Agile Scrum methodology.
Extensive experience leading design and architecture related activities.
Experience with SQL- mandatory, experience with NoSQL, Cloud environments (AWS) – Advantage.
Hands-on and high capacity; sets high standards and holds the entire team to high standards.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
