Health & fitness app Flo Health is looking for a VP User Acquisition.

 

Flo is the most popular health & fitness app globally, used by 200+ million women around the world, with 43 million monthly active users.
Flo created a unique mobile product to help women put themselves first. Using the power of data science, AI, and the knowledge of 100+ medical experts, Flo supports women during their entire reproductive lives and provides curated cycle and ovulation tracking, personalized health insights, expert tips, and a private community to share questions and concerns.
Company is focusing on acquiring Flo users through different sources, organic and paid, by deploying high-quality creative across selected channels.
Every day company runs, controls, and optimizes dozens of campaigns to deliver Flo’s message and acquire new users according to set goals.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Define the vision and strategy for User Acquisition at Flo
  • Lead both Paid and Organic User Acquisition at Flo by managing and optimizing mobile performance marketing across different platforms and stores: App Store, Google Play, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, etc
  • Manage an 8-figure user acquisition budget to achieve high user and revenue growth, pushing install growth whilst maintaining a balance of LTV:CAC
  • Oversee all reporting and analytics related to user acquisition and marketing
  • Create test plans and experiment with various UA initiatives to identify the highest impact opportunities
  • Optimize and report performance on campaigns across multiple ad networks
  • Develop new growth initiatives by following best practices and strategies in user acquisition. Execute on growth initiatives in ASO and re-engagement
  • Lead the team in designing and developing efficient internal tools and processes
  • Work closely with Flo’s Product teams to ensure strong funnel conversion from each channel
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders; Finance, Legal and People teams to assist in Flo’s growth
  • Liaise with multiple ad network vendors and partner with other Flo teams to develop creative ads and other supplementary materials
  • Lead a growing, talented team of 20 across Paid and Organic

 

What company is looking for: 

  • 8+ years in digital marketing/user acquisition, predominantly in the mobile app space, 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Expert understanding of the mobile user acquisition and marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution
  • Experience in understanding and amplifying organic growth, utilisting ASO, SEO, referral strategies
  • Expertise in analytics and visualization software, e.g. Looker and Excel
  • Experience successfully managing big marketing budgets across various digital and media channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the focus on data analysis and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to promote and negotiate on new ideas
