Seez is changing the way people buy cars and how auto businesses operate. Company has been developing innovative solutions for automotive retail since 2016 using AI and data, and working together with dealers, manufacturers, and the public sector to reshape traditional retailing models and consumer journeys.

 

What This Job Is About:

  • Company is looking for a senior marketing leader with extensive e-commerce experience to grow and scale Seez into new countries and evolve into a global tech automotive startup. Ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic, and a seasoned storyteller
  • Someone with a proven record of building and growing e-commerce platforms and startups through larger stages can help company grow brand in the European marketplace. You'll manage the performance, growth, and output of all key marketing team functions, such as brand strategy, performance, product marketing, lifecycle, SEO, and PR
  • If you want to have a significant impact on the company's culture, you'll need to work closely with the leadership team. In addition to being a business leader, you're also a leader of people. The marketing team must be able to grow into an effective, dedicated, and engaged global team. Getting your hands dirty is a necessary part of achieving goals and fostering growth

 

Job Key Responsibilities:

Management/Leadership:

  • Set up a data-driven marketing team that works together to achieve goals
  • Coordinate and oversee all facets of marketing strategy and execution
  • Manage external agencies and relationships with marketing services
  • Develop and implement a long-term strategy with senior management, and make sure monthly, quarterly, and annual goals are met
  • Be the company's "glue" for change by working with the executive leadership
  • Establish and maintain open and trusting working relationships with coworkers and other departments
  • Be a genuine thought partner to the leadership team

Product Marketing

  • Drive integrated marketing efforts that ‘glue’ all aspects
  • Help in building the product marketing organization in coordination with the CPO
  • Participate in future product development strategy
  • Fine-tune both the corporate and product story
  • Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions

Demand Generation:

  • Assure that marketing spend is allocated to trackable programs
  • Ensure that the working pipeline can support the company’s revenue plan
  • Improve conversion across product solutions working cross-functionally to determine lead quality, quantity, and cost structure
  • Drive growth with MarTech by analyzing customer and data-driven insights

Brand Strategy:

  • Elevate and differentiate the brand, creating a compelling strategy and market messages
  • Own positioning, messaging, branding, segmentation, and marketing strategy
  • Continuously refine a comprehensive go to market plan with input from Sales
  • Generate effective product marketing collateral such as product demonstrations, case studies and solution comparisons, to educate target buyers and influencers about a differentiated value proposition

Positioning:

  • Utilize market & competitive research to segment and define target markets, refine and improve the product value proposition, and implement best market entry strategy
  • Support strategic business opportunities with BD, alliances, and CEO
  • Design the right strategies and processes to carry out the vision in a multichannel world
  • Develop and execute dynamic campaigns with the CEO and key stakeholders to grow target segments
  • Develop and deliver content plans which clearly differentiate and position the brand as a market changer

 

What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves):

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, at least 8 of which were spent managing and leading teams
  • Strategic thinker with experience developing marketing programmes and measuring impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, MBA is a great plus
  • Creative and Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, Product, Finance etc.)
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience launching products and/or markets, and growing brands
  • A love for dynamic, fast-paced, challenging and collaborative team environments
  • Love for developing and leading high impact teams, including strong people management and team building skills
