Successful media publisher TheSoul Publishing is looking to hire an experienced VP of Global Operations to oversee organization’s ongoing operations and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with COO in setting and driving long-term and short-term operational strategy
Manage all the key contracts and relationships with partners, vendors and other stakeholders across the Group of Companies
Ensure seamless compliance with the company, federal, state, and local business requirements as well as applicable laws and regulations in the markets of our presence (Cyprus, UK, USA, China, Russia), including data protection and privacy matters
Maintain and build trusted relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
Be an active stakeholder driving and supporting business expansion (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
Personally plan and manage execution of key projects
Negotiate terms of various transactions on behalf of TheSoul and ensure best positioning of the company in a broad range of commercial arrangements
Oversee day-to-day business operations
Drive internal change and excellence among a number of internal functions, including operations, legal, sales, PR, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional project management expertise
Process-driven critical thinking
Extensive international experience (7+ years) in executive leadership positions within the digital marketing industry (online media/ internet/ IT)
Strong business, legal and management expertise
High awareness of the processes, policies, and approaches of the digital marketing industry
Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Leadership skills, excellent communication and public speaking skills
Process- and detail-oriented approach
Native English-speaker
