Structuring desk of Sberbank CIB (Global Markets) is looking for a Moscow-based VP/Director.
Key responsibilities:
- Pricing and quantitative analysis of derivative and structured finance transactions
- Preparation of internal and client presentations and discussion materials
- Preparation of transaction term sheets
- Preparation of internal credit applications and materials. Coordination of approval processes with relevant departments and support functions
- Review and drafting of legal documentation (with support from Legal) for English and Russian law governed transactions
- Coordination of transactions execution process
Qualifications required:
- Degree in economics/finance/math/physics/engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably in Russian too
- Basic knowledge of bond/equity mechanics, derivatives, structured products
- Basic knowledge of Russian and international capital markets legislation
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with clients and explain complex products in simple words
- Quick, responsive, grasping ideas, stress-resistant
- CFA degree or candidate would be a plus
- At least 5Y professional experience in the area of financial markets
