Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a VP Commercial New Market to integrate the Commercial team.

Reporting directly to CEO, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.

This position could be based on any country where Logoplaste operates.

Job Summary

VP Commercial New Markets reports to the CEO, and is responsible for the commercial development for Germany, Central and Eastern Europe and South East Asia.

Key Tasks & Activities…

    • Develops the commercial strategy regarding markets and products to increase sales in the region with a clear focus on in-house opportunities;
    • Explores new business opportunities in the designated markets and identifies key network expansion targets;
    • Drives and develops Logoplaste’s commercial business to ensure continued growth with demonstrable positive financial results;
    • Coordinates the Commercial Area with Masterchem to achieve company goals;
    • Leads negotiations to secure optimum commercial terms;
    • Acts effectively as a senior representative and ambassador for Logoplaste;
    • Designs strategic commercial plans assessing potential new markets for expansion and target segments for Logoplaste and presents them;
    • Participates in commercial monthly meetings;
    • Makes positive contributions to overall Logoplaste strategies and growth;
    • Maintains effective communications with colleagues across the company.

 

Background & Experience

Who we are looking for…

    • Degree in Engineering
    • Plastic Industry Domain
    • + 10 years of experience in the sector

 

Technical Skill

    • Strong experience in the Plastic Industry and very good knowledge of the Injection, Extrusion blow molding and Stretch blow molding processes;
    • Fluent in English;
    • Fluent in German and Russian (advantage).
