Manage pharmacy chains sales channel
Responsible for pharmacy chains strategy for EPD Russia
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop, approve and implement pharmacy chain strategy, as well as effective business model for working in chains segment
To ensure proper implementation of the developed strategy across Russia, adjust it if needed in accordance to business requirements
To implement competent budgeting and control use of the budget in the most efficient way to achieve company`s targets in pharmacy channel including but not limited: sales growth, market share, distribution index, gross margin, net sales etc.
To introduce proper account management process in chains segment with clear performance based KPIs
To develop and implement new initiatives in pharmacy chains channel for best efficiency and sales results driving
Stakeholder management: close cross-functional collaboration with BU Heads level to deliver targets in pharmacy chains channel considering BU strategic priorities
Understand key trends in retail pharmacy business, foresee and suggest innovative decisions to win competition in the market
To manage Pharmacy chains group (Area KAMs and KAMs)
To participate and lead negotiations with TOP national chains, communication on TOP level
Operate in compliance with policies and procedures of the Company
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Higher education
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED
Experience to manage pharmacy chain group – 2-3 years
Sales or KAM experience in big multinational company
Sales management experience
People management experience
Good analytical skills
Result oriented profile and assertiveness
Knowledge of pharmacy and pharmacy chains market
Negotiation experience with TOP pharmacy chains
