LEGO Marketing Team in Moscow is looking for its newest senior member who will shape the digital marketing agenda for LEGO® Russia. Develop a digitally-driven mindset and drive synergy and collaboration with local and regional teams
Our Marketing Team consists of awesome marketeers who distil audience insights, take decisions rooted in data, and develop and implement effective marketing plans, with 360 campaigns including traditional and digital media, events and instore execution, ensuring strong media presence and engagement. As a core member of this team, you are put right at the heart of the LEGO brand success in Russia and the CIS countries. This role includes very strategic and conceptual tasks to influence and shape the digital marketing agenda, while also including hands on digital marketing for the local market and coaching/upskilling tasks with the local marketing teams.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Lead digitalization for the BU Marketing team in Commercial, Communication, Media Planning and Training areas
Give input and co-shape as well as locally deploy the regional Digital strategy in collaboration with a diverse set of regional and stakeholders across a Digital ecosystem of owned, earned and paid channels
Drive budget decisions for digital media channels and take responsibility for budget process, aligning with BU and regional stakeholders
Be the subject matter expert for local digital marketing activations supporting across the teams, develop local execution plans using globally / regionally developed campaigns
Drive content distribution for LEGO owned digital platforms, while looking for the relevant opportunities with partners’ platforms
Drive the Digital Marketing measurement & performance analysis against regional KPIs and benchmarks
Suggest low hanging and scalable digital marketing opportunities for CIS countries, i.e. in the area of content distribution
Translate regional innovation opportunities and identify incremental local opportunities. Test new platforms and share best practices
Lead the digital capability building program in the business unit
Do you have what it takes?
Preferably University degree (ideally Marketing or Business/Management)
Complex digital marketing experience from agency or premium consumer brand (5+ years), experience working in non-traditional marketing inclusive of influencer, experiential, social commerce, content marketing, digital integration, etc.
High level understanding of global technical platforms in digital world from content distribution and advertising perspective
Deep understanding of digital channels measurement and ability to connect digital KPIs with overall marketing and business objectives
Track record of defining digital strategies and complex digital media eco-systems and its successful roll-out
Experience building holistic digital marketing plans against aggressive business plans
Track record of designing and rolling-out innovative projects in Digital Marketing area
Strong communication and presentation skills in Russian& English as well
Drive for results – championing effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to test hypothesis, live a constantly learning mindset, strong analytical and evaluation skills and ability to turn learnings into action
