Join our LEGO Education team in Moscow and become a part of the global team of 7 people working from different locations.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Order management — processing orders from customers, register orders in SAP, release and follow up on deliveries. Handle coordination of orders and requests from multiple sources. Navigate between customer needs and distribution logistics. Proactively balance issues and initiate actions. Ensure on-time dispatch from Regional Distribution Center, delivery to customers and invoicing of shipped orders. Support shipment document flow in line with current legislation.
• Customer management: execute processes concerning inquiries on orders and deliveries in a professional way. Align with relevant stakeholders to address issues. Build relationships with key partners and understand customer´s needs to improve and leverage opportunities to enhance service for customers. Manage claims with proactive approach towards customers and the responsible counterpart. Create and maintain customer master data in SAP.
• Stakeholder management: Engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to drive simplicity and efficiency across. Build and develop the collaboration and leverage this into excellent customer service for customers of LEGO Education.
• Cooperation with the global team: Engage actively with colleagues worldwide and help deliver excellent Customer Service across. Share learnings and best practices as well as covering across markets when needed.
• Drive and develop processes within Customer Service: Document and implement new processes and maintain existing processes.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that the customers of LEGO Education (which is a Business to Business channel) receives excellent Customer Service when dealing with LEGO Education. Executing customer centric operational excellence in LEGO Education with focus on order management, customer management and stakeholder management.
Do you have what it takes?
• Higher Education (preferably Administration or within service and sales functions)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service area (business to business environment)
• Native Russian and proficient English language
• PC skills – ability to work with MS Excel
• SAP Galaxy and 1C knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to listen
• Service minded, engage upwards and downwards in the value chain, especially towards sales and customers
• Proactive mindset towards issues including follow up and mitigating actions
• Takes pride in customer service and thrives in a busy day to day task environment
