THEMA RUS (TV-company) looking for Sales Director.
General purpose of the position:
Establish strong relationships between THEMA RUS and clients in Russia and CIS (DTH & cable operators, IP content providers, OTT platforms, other commercial content providers) with focus on decision makers and commercial departments, developing THEMA RUS sales, handling new contracts, renewals, contractual obligations, identifiing new business opportunities based on evolution of industry trends.
Lead the extended Sales Team of THEMA RUS to new performance levels, ensure company’s projected goals.
Oversee activities to make sure the sales team working in a stimulating and challenging environment they can thrive in.
Watch the market. Maintain continuous feedback on the current products performance in the market.
Main responsabilities:
Manage the commercial and contractual relationship with all existing and potential customers and partners of Thema Rus.
Manage and grow all revenue streams linked to linear channels’ and digital content distribution .
Prepare business presentations with proposals to the clients compelling reasonable pricing, packaging and positioning of the channels and digital content
Identify customer requirements and new marketing initiatives for better product promotion and overall contractual obligations related to signal distribution.
Follow up account performance and projections and adjust plans accordingly to achieve sales quotas and meet and/or exceed the company’s financial goals.
Monthly report to THEMA’s EVP Distribution about pipeline development and signature of the new contracts.
Profile:
Excelent Sales and Sales Management Experience
4+ years experience in the Television Industry in the Russian television market
Extensive contact network in Russia and CIS
Proficiency in working in a Matrix organization
Ability to travel, including overnight travel as business needs determine
Fluent in Russian and English. French language or any other language appreciated
