Kimberly-Clark is  looking for Marketing Manager in Huggies.

 

Responsibilities:

Project leadership of major cross functional initiative to transform Russia BCC performance including significant coordination of asset start up, trade communication and consumer launch
Value Share, Top line and bottom line responsibility incl. NSV, GM, OP
Baby Care category strategic business plan development and alignment with HQ
Brand plan development incl. portfolio, pricing, communication and trade marketing initiatives in cooperation with Trade Marketing function
Analysis of consumer needs and insights for innovation pipeline and communication development
Holistic commercial programs development incl. support for consumers & shoppers (TV, digital, in-store, BTL, PR), trade marketing plan, motivation programs for KC Sales team and KC staff
Building high performing team, coaching and feedback on a daily basis
Marketing budget planning and control of execution

 

Education and Experience

7 — 10 year experience in Marketing
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
Technical marketing skills
Proven experience in customer and market research
Relevant product and industry knowledge
Digital marketing skills
Experience with relevant software applications
English — Upper intermediate
