The Head of Recruitment is responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of country-level recruitment plans for all of Cofix’s business lines. The Head of Recruiting will manage the country-level recruiting team and partner closely with business leadership to build and execute talent acquisition strategies to deliver the necessary talent to support organizational requirements and changing market conditions. To effectively fulfil the requirements of this role, the Head of Recruiting should possess sector-specific experience/knowledge and a deep understanding of the Cofix brand, business model, operational philosophy, and product/service offerings.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with key stakeholders (Functional leaders, HR staff, staffing agencies, etc.) to determine future staffing needs and drive sourcing strategies to deliver the highest-quality candidates and meet unique demands
Shape candidate perception towards Cofix via a superlative candidate experience and regular engagement with candidates and other relevant stakeholders
Develop strong key value propositions and positioning strategies to ensure that Cofix is considered “an employer of choice” among job candidates
Evaluate and formulate recruitment funnel opportunities and develop sourcing strategy to capitalize upon them
Understand key performance indicators of the company for recruiting and talent management. Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines, and effective tracking processes to monitor and measure progress
Maximize use of digital tools and channels to understand the candidate journey and drive a seamless candidate experience
Inspire, guide and develop a cohesive and high-performing country-level recruiting team capable of operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-business/global special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
Inculcate a data-driven and positive work culture while guiding team members in personal growth and career development
Ensure full compliance of recruiting processes with Cofix brand, service, and quality standards
Manage multiple ongoing projects and staffing/service contracts in an efficient and prioritized manner
Manage library of position descriptions and regularly review/update to reflecting changing operational demands
Monitors and evaluates staffing agency performance; investigate and address agency-related anomalies relating to service quality, candidate perception/reception, costs, performance, etc.
Develop and manage assessment systems for job candidates at both the corporate and store levels
Establish and maintain positive relationships with functional business leaders to ensure a high level of recruiting service quality. Work closely with functional leaders to influence and delivery a quality assessment and candidate experience throughout all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
Support Cofix management in the implementation of programs and initiatives at both the corporate and store level
Assist in Global recruitment endeavors on an as-needed basis
Develop and manage Cofix Careers website; maintain profile and/or presence on relevant talent acquisition websites or communities

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or another relevant discipline
At least 3 years of recruiting experience, focusing on strategic planning and execution, proven business decision-making, and impact. Experience managing recruitment activities within a global company AND supervising a team is a significant advantage
Familiarity of the full spectrum of recruiting activities – you have a solid understanding of how and when to leverage different sourcing channels and know how to develop and manage a recruiting funnel
Excellent knowledge of the retail food and beverage market is preferred
Results-oriented and data-driven: Ability to make data-informed decisions for the recruiting plan. Proven track record of success in utilizing data to create impactful recruiting campaigns and attainment of business objectives.
A natural leader who has the ability to motivate and coach a team of diverse team members with different experience levels and skill sets
A relentlessly driven and creative problem-solver: Even in seemingly impossible situations, you’re not one to give up and are always seeking to solve ever-larger problems even if the solution is not abundantly clear
Highly detail-oriented: Ensure high standards of quality throughout the entire candidate experience pipeline
Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required
