In LEGO in order to support our short-term ambitions and long-term plans in Russia & CIS, the E-commerce Manager will join the sales team to strengthen our E-commerce capabilities at a strategic, tactical and operational level.

 

Core Responsibilities
Drive the E-commerce sales channel for strategic omni-channel customers (60%):
Own the e-commerce part of annual LEGO business plans with the given customers.
Develop and implement digital strategy and activation plans.
Build and maintain a strong analytical approach to the evaluation of ROI.
Proactively identify new commercial opportunities with focus on external sources of traffic.

Lead E-commerce projects and process (40%):
Support flow of E-commerce data and improve its utilization in the business unit.
Describe strategy and operational KPIs for new projects.
Build and execute roll-out plans.
Manage internal and external stakeholders.

 

The core objectives of this role are:
Improve LEGO E-commerce sales for omni-channel customers.
Drive E-commerce and Digital projects to support business goals.
Play your part in our team succeeding

 

Do you have what it takes?
University degree in Marketing or IT.
Work experience within E-commerce, including performance marketing, project and product management.
Strong analytical capabilities; expertise in driving online operational metrics.
Confident user of Google Analytics (preferably with Enhanced E-commerce add-in).
General business understanding of the key online market players: retailers, agencies, services, etc.
Project Management and UI/UX training is a plus.
Fluent in Russian and English.
