Lenovo is currently looking for a Visuals Business Development Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Business Management:
- Key metrics execution (Total REV/Margin/Market Share)
- Alignment with Russian 4P/Finance/Sales Head (planning / Mx / GTN execution)
- Co-ordinate with 4P for the Supply forecast & time-to-market optimization
- Responsible for all the Sell-out activities
- Stir business according to profit and scale optimisation (channel, segment and product mix)
- Quarterly/monthly/weekly sync with 4P on SISO planning
- Business Development:
- Training REL/Mid-Market sellers for key customer, providing them with sales tools, unique messaging, sales guidance, seed program set up and relevant market insights
- ID white space opportunities end customers buying PC, not visuals and provide support/plans with sales to activate
- Track growth on number of Channel BPs (Distri CDI) review with distributor/DAMs
- Co-ordinate with Sales and PC 4P teams to sync programs and campaign plans on customer level (SMB and Consumer)
- Co-operation with marketing and 4P on brand development instore visibility/POS improvement & promotion; and On-line
- Take the lead to ensure premium digital content set up in the online channel
- Be the driver to identify necessary changes cross selling example: consumer models into mid market or REL if necessary
- Open the door & support Sales for accounts (where no dedicated Visuals buyer)
- Quarterly Execution of:
- Co-ordinate Sell out campaign planning with 4P (4P prepares with EMEA team, BDM gives inputs and feedback on opportunities to drive the Ambition)
- RTM analyses –Consumer and SMB channel development, review Lenovo in house shares within Top Visual Resellers/Retailers, create action plans and execution to drive growth
- QBR with Top priority partners to review business status and next steps
- Interlock with sales teams – CON / SMB / REL – SI/STI/SO, share of wallet update, key opportunities, customer feedback
- Monthly execution of:
- Review Pricing & heat map check vs competition with 4P Team (prepared by EMEA)
- GfK/IT research analysis
- Distributors & Key partners visits
- Mx interlock with Sales & Finance
- GtN check with Finance & Sales
- Interlock with marketing team – promotion results, share of space update, promoter feedback
- BMS call alignment with Sales Leaders & Finance
- Supply forecast, feedback adjustments to 4P and EMEA team
- Organization: Reporting to General Manager

- Formal sales / negotiation skills training from recognized Institute
- Essential Qualifications:
- BA commercial management
- Fluent in English
