ABOUT THE JOB
In this position, you will report to Head of Marketing and your main duties will be the following:
· Implementing and maintaining the Visual Merchandising guidelines across Russia while defining training needs and conduct in-store as well as classroom training for Independent Retail Partner and Swarovski stores
· Observing service standards during store visits and ensuring the implementation of promotions and a high quality of Visual Merchandising
· Supporting Independent Retail Partners and Store Managers in their Visual Merchandising needs (orders, displays, type of product etc.) while providing and collecting feedback to and from the relevant stakeholders
· Increasing and optimizing turnover through improvement of relevant KPI’s
· Supporting the preparation of local events and Visual Merchandising workshops
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
• University degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as Visual Merchandising Specialist in a fashion focused retail environment
• Passion for our brand and products, a keen eye for fashion
• Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
• Native Russian and fluent English skills
• Willingness to travel for 50% of working time across Russia
