Quadcode is looking for a Visionary Product Owner.
Your tasks:
Strategy:
review and update the company’s product goals
plan major development tasks for the quarter
coordinate the allocation of development resources to activities (new development, support, tech debt, R&D)
Planning:
scoring all features, checking their description and design
assigning product managers to features, syncing teams within the branch: designers, product analysts, and product owners
Leadership:
hire product managers to new positions, develop team skills, get involved in problem cases, check and review roadmaps from all product managers
unite regional managers, business developers, and product managers
The experience and skills you’ll need:
All the typical hard skills of a product manager: A/B testing, hypothesis testing, unit economics, cust dev
As well as:
At least 4 years of experience as a product owner; creating products from scratch (preferably in large international companies with a related profile because we need a person who understands the specifics of high risk and trading)
Fluency in English (we’re an international company, and this is the native language for most of your colleagues)
Successful experience leading a team of over 10 people (your branch consists of around 40 employees, so you’ll definitely need these skills)
