To help us reach this incredible goal, we are looking for a talented and brilliant VIP Account Manager to join our VIP team in Dubai (UAE).

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage on a daily basis close relationships and support with our VIP users
  • Keep track and monitor on the VIP users activity on a daily basis including sales and up sale promotions
  • Build personal relationships and create a personalized experience for them
  • Track and monitor the VIP players activity on a daily basis
  • Provide customer care through various channels and handles
  • Gather feedback and propose improvements to customer experience
  • Cross teamwork with all aspects of marketing, monetization, features and products
  • Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities – where the KPI is to bring players to their next level

 

Requirements

 

  • Fluent English and Arabic - must
  • Previous experience at sales or customer support roles, preferably from B2C companies
  • Strong communicator, customer-centric, proactive and target driven

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Passion for social apps
  • Knowledge of additional languages
  • Prior experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc)
