A leading investment group is seeking to add a talented and motivated PE Professional to join their investment team with a focus on retail, industrial, agriculture, real estate sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead of M&A transactions: sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and deal structuring
- Portfolio monitoring and management including preparation of value creation plans, directing strategic initiatives, and reviewing monthly and quarterly financial and operational performance; work on boards, work with C-level
- Coordinate commercial, financial and legal due diligence sessions including preparation of materials in conjunction with external consultants (bankers, lawyers, auditors etc.)
- Train and mentor Analysts
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or economics; MBA, CFA is a plus
- 5-6+ years of related investment experience, with at least 3 years of strong transaction experience (preferred private equity)
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (real estate valuations experience would be a plus)
- Deep understanding of management accounting, IFRS / US GAAP
- Fluent English
- Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate proactive approach
