- TBC Capital’s Investment Banking team is seeking a team member for a Vice President position. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, managing, and executing a wide range of complex capital markets transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs & divestitures. The candidate will have the opportunity to gain extensive sector experience, lead transaction teams, and be an active participant in Georgia’s capital markets development. He or she will also play a critical role in developing junior professionals of the team

Your responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of transactions, ranging from originating to transaction strategy and execution
- Preparing presentation materials and pitching to prospective clients to originate M&A and corporate advisory deals
- Managing deal documentation, including mandate letters and other relevant documents
- Prepare pitch book and business proposals, case studies, and ad-hoc presentations
- Undertaking research on targeted investors, including investor focus with respect to industries, stage preference, and other investment criteria
- Developing working relations with the investors. Managing relationships with potential investors, presenting investment opportunities and answering any follow-up questions
- Conducting comprehensive company and industry research
- Manage transaction screening processes and all required documentation, analysis, and meetings
- Preparing detailed transaction marketing materials including confidential information memoranda and presentations
- Overseeing, directing, and providing quality assurance of detailed valuation analysis, transaction modeling, and deal documentation prepared by junior team members
- Interacting with senior TBC Group’s team members and client management teams to originate, execute and close transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Associates and Analysts
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a strong interest in investment banking underpinned by solid quantitative and analytical skills
- Candidate should be able to think creatively about a range of strategic issues and have an exceptional grasp on valuation, finance, and business strategy
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a reputable commercial and investment bank, advisory, and private equity firm
- Experience in originating and executing fundraising transitions. Experience in M&A and/or DCM transactions will be a plus
- High level of ethics, integrity, and judgment
- Ability to comfortably interact with senior clients in a professional setting
- Strong corporate analysis and presentation skills
- Strong intellectual curiosity
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter with the capacity to work independently and in small teams
- Good command of English and Russian Languages
- BBA degree. MBA/CFA will be a significant advantage
