We are looking for a true leader to join our founding RnD team in Israel & Russia, and constantly push forward the team to deliver a very complex product.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO/CPO (Minimum 3 years experience as a group manager (experience in managing team leads is MUST) or similar leadership role in highly technological companies or related segments;
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy;
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning;
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research;
- Solid experience of leading a team in Agile methodology;
- Hands-on and high capacity; sets high standards and holds the entire team to high standards;
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Leadership and organizational abilities;
- Strategic thinking and business acumen;
- Problem-solving aptitude;
- Solid scientific background and proven high level of performance in related area;
- Software development experience is an advantage;
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a MUST (preferable experience in Startup).
