Netwrix Corporation is looking for a Vice President (VP) of Product Development who will be responsible for the technical vision and development of current and future set of products targeting the data security market.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Lead, manage and mentor a team of developers, QC engineers and related personnel.
Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables for both on-premises products and hosted, SaaS solutions.
Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines.
Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.
Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics.
Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results
Communicate with stakeholders and C-level staff
Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership taking decisive action when required.
Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers and motivate staff.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
B.S. and an advanced degree in a technical field required
Minimum eight (8) years of experience as a product leader
Proven ability to be an agent of change of processes and culture when needed
Experience managing large development teams using both waterfall and agile development methodologies
Comfortable delegating decision making to lieutenants in order to facilitate speed in the delivery of market-ready solution.
Deep understanding of using user experience and design as a competitive weapon
Demonstrated knowledge of operational issues with (portfolio management, risk management, etc.)
Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring the research, design, and development of team
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Strong product and operational analytics to understand feature usage, comprehension, and optimization
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
Proficient in English — both written and verbal.
