Job Objectives:
- Plans, develops, and implements the organization's marketing strategies, marketing communication both external and internal with the objective to drive revenue and enhance the organization’s image and positioning within the marketplace and the general public
- Oversees the development and implementation of support brand materials and services in the areas of marketing and communication, ensuring articulation of the organization's desired image and positioning, as well as brand consistency
- Manages the digital marketing, branding, loyalty program, provides counsel to corporate and hotels, and maximizes production
- Directs the efforts of marketing, communication, and technology and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with other functions, in particular Public Relations, IT, Sales, and Operations with the objective to align all sales and marketing efforts and activities to achieve optimal performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar capacity with strong background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Campaign Management and Communications. Exposure to the hospitality business is a strong advantage
- Proactive, outgoing, good at public speaking, well organized, result and detail oriented, self-motivated, energized, creative, visionary, innovative, brand-focused, effective coach, hands-on, team player, lead by example with passion, integrity
- Good strategic planning and implementation skills
- High level of computer proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
- Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
