An International Oil&Gas company is looking for Vice President Legal and Compliance with location in Saint Petersburg.
Your new role
The Vice President Legal and Compliance will provide full-fledged Legal&Compliance Services. You will be report to the General Manager.
The high priority target will be active participation in development of Joint Ventures with Russian Oil&Gas Companies. Your zone of influence includes endorsing strategic relationships with partners.
Among key responsibilities of our expert will be supporting corporate work, M&A deals and JVs. Compliance is in the area of Your responsibility too.
Also You have to maintain contract reviews, mining licenses, build Legal&Compliance processes. You will manage a Legal Department of up to 6 people and support the business in the phase of active development.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be accepted for this position, you must have over than 15+ years proven experience in Legal&Compliance and reveal expertise in key laws and standards in Oil&Gas industry. Expertise of providing Joint Ventures is highly essential too. Significant requirement for this role is presence of management experience over 5 years.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
