Responsibilities:
- Lead deal execution – equity and mezzanine investments, M&A advisory, etc.
- Work with management to devise strategy and investment opportunities
- Structure investment deals
- Lead complex analysis of companies and industry research
- Manage/oversee analyst’s work
- Oversee the building of financial models, valuation of business and business analysis
- Prepare pitches, presentation, transaction documents, etc.
- Interact with company departments as a part of deal process
- Lead meetings / calls with the clients, consultants, auditors, colleagues
- Lead project teams, including third parties and clients
- Conduct due diligence process
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in investments role in the Middle East is required
- Experience in M&A, Private Equity and corporate finance
- Russian language - native, English language - Fluent
- Developed soft skills
