GAC MOTOR RUS is announce position of Vice General Director, to:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Maximize business growth
- Develop dealers network and partnership
Responsibilities:
- Work in cooperation with General Director;
- Manage overall business of sales, marketing and customer service;
- Plan and set up sales and marketing strategies;
- Develop and execute strategic plan and achieve targets;
- Plan, analyse and increase sales and presence of the product in the rest of Russia;
- Negotiate, establish and develop collaborations with leading dealers;
- Manage dealers and distributors network in Russia;
- Follow up new business opportunities;
- Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process;
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance;
- Set up KPI’s system for the team;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Business proficiency in English is required;
- Experience in international automotive corporation;
- 10 years or above work experience in sales,5 years or above experience in people manager role;
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills;
- Ability to travel;
- High level of business and personal ethics.
