Yum! Brands (KFC) is looking for a Value & Pricing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop pricing strategies based on financial, marketing, and strategic goals of the business in Russia, CIS, and CEE
Market analysis of competitors and price management to ensure the company’s competitive advantage in the market
Planning and execution of all price changes and participate in marketing calendar planning in terms of pricing to achieve sales and profit targets
Provides control over the setting of prices in restaurants in different channels (offline and online incl. delivery), clusters and segments
Anticipates market changes and trends and develops the necessary steps in advance
Managing project related marketing budgets
Analysis of data and provision of analytical conclusions and proposals based on the information received
Requirements:
Degree in Finance or Economic preferable
5+ years of experience in analytics (preferably in price / product) within marketing of commercial function
Min. 3 years in FMCG / E-commerce / Fintech / Telecom industry
Hard Skills:
Performing marketing analysis incl. product portfolio management, analysis of sales and promotional results
Extensive practical experience in analytics
Excellent skills in deep processing and analysis of information, attention to detail
Experience in dynamic price modelling based on internal and external data
Experience in price strategy development is a plus
Soft Skills:
Strong Process & Discipline mindset
Reliable Independent work style / initiative of his own – no need for constant contact with supervisor
Good communication skills to work efficiently with supervisor and marketing team
Good interpersonal skills working in a cross functional role
Good written and oral English
Strong ability to build relationships.
