Alemira Learning is Alemira is the first system that systematically implements Active Learning paradigm, where a digital learning environment is designed to maximize learner’s engagement at every step and minimize human effort to create an effective learning process. We’re looking for a Senior Leader, capable of translating product high-level vision and strategy into actionable roadmap. You will lead and hire Product Managers and Product Designers and ensure success of Alemira. You will report directly to Chief Product officer, collaborate on product strategy, own and drive creation and execution of the product roadmap to create differentiated value in the market. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders and partners to define, build, operate, and grow the Alemira Learning product and business.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Chief Product Office on product vision and strategy
Define the roadmap for the product
Organize and manage day-to-day work of Product Management and Product Design teams
Own user experience
Work in collaboration with Engineering and Product Marketing
Find opportunities to innovate on behalf of our customers and design features related to these opportunities
Measure and analyze all aspects of the product and business.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience with completion of full product lifecycle (from concept through GTM)
BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field or an MBA
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Experience partnering with sales, business development, and marketing organizations
Experience building third-party partnerships
Experience with e-learning, EdTech and/or learning design
Strong track record of delivering results for customers
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up recommendations and drive actions
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
